One of the things I most enjoy about coaching is that it is not about fixing people. Instead, a coach functions as a partner and an advocate helping you live out your own values and dreams for your life. You’ll be the one setting the agenda for our relationship and taking responsibility for making the changes. I’ll focus our conversations helping you to go deeper and experience the strategies and support structures that you need to succeed, and together, we will create a customize systematic plan to make your goals a reality! Sessions will come in packages of 4, 8 or 12.
We will want to clarify expectations by filling out a coaching agreement and create a plan of action you can start on immediately. We will go over the goals you have worked on each week at the next session.
My cell phone is the best way to reach me . I will be able to respond by text the quickest. I welcome small spurts of communication between our set meetings. It is my expectation that you will reach out if you hit a “sticky” spot that you would like some feedback on and that you will share the success that you have on the way to creating your desired future. What I can do as a life coach
All life coaching services delivered by me are meant to challenge uplift and support you psychologically however, coaching is not psychotherapy.
If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek help you need in the form of a professional psychologist. life coaching may augment your therapy, but the work of coaching is meant to be done when major, emotional and psychological wounds are already healing or healed.

What I can do as a nutrition coach
- Help clients determine their caloric needs
- Encourage healthy eating habits and more frequent workouts
- Motivate clients as they undertake lifestyle changes
- Guide clients toward foods that support their goals (and that they also enjoy)
- Help clients read and understand the nutrition labels on their food to navigate the grocery store
- Educate clients on different food groups and macronutrients, so they’re empowered to make the best dietary choices possible

As a nutrition coach I can NOT treat but can SUPPORT clients in any of these pursuits below — but ONLY if someone else (Physician Dietitian) has prescribed or diagnosed it, as my role is more one of support not treatment.
- Create weight loss meal plans
- Treat eating disorders
- Add or remove foods from a client’s diet
- Prescribe “cleanses”
- Recommend medication
- Treat medical conditions (even if related to nutrition)
- Diagnose clients’ conditions
- Recommend diets (like Keto, veganism, low-carb, etc.)
